Accident Repair Management require an experienced claim handler to manage all aspects of motor claims from FNOL through to settlement and recovery. Your role will require a proactive and customer focussed approach to claim handling activities. Previous experience in a customer facing motor damage role is desirable.
Role – this role must be undertaken in compliance with regulatory rules and codes and will include the following.
- You will take first notification of loss in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring accurate detail of all information is recorded.
- You will display a strong understanding of the claims process in order to reduce claim costs and life cycle.
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer service to claimants and their authorised representatives.
- You will have strong organisational, problem solving and communications skills.
- Ability to deal with customer complaints in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
- PC literate
Education and Experience
To deliver successfully in this role you will have previous experience in a claim handling environment preferably dealing with motor claims .
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience, APA / CIP qualification, strong communication skills both oral and written and the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also contributing to team and company goals.
